Most homeowners do not understand the scope of the project and if their budget covers it all. This lack of understanding leads to unwanted compromises or/and overspent, which often leads to higher debt and longer project completion times. Project Management
Managing a project is incredibly time consuming and frustrating. We will manage the delivery of your project. Monitor that works progress according to schedule, milestones are delivered in time. We will give you early warnings if works are delayed and what are the implications ( how a delay will impact other works). Decisions taken early and well informed will reduce completion times and cost. We will put in place a schedule of visits in person where we discuss with the builders and appraise progress.
Quality assurance
We will discuss deliverables with you and your suppliers and check the work quality is as agreed. It’s a lot easier if these are understood and agreed beforehand, rather than once work has been started or completed. We will help you understand what to expect and the service provider what is expected. We will document agreements and conversations so we can build an audit trail.
Contract support
You don't really understand how important a contract is until things go wrong. We can help build and negotiate solid contracts that keep you covered.
Financing
If you need further financing we will help you understand what are your options and what are the ways to get access to financing. We work with finance professionals and accountants.
